The solution to the mouse problem worked, but the resolution didn't. If you have windows 10, I would strongly suggest an engine port. However, I have heard that forcing a custom resolution causes Vanilla GLQuake to crash if your rig runs on Windows 10. The option for 1920x1080 should then be set in the steam client, which works in a steam client generated shortcut too. Then type "-width 1920 -height 1080 -bpp32" (without the quotes) in the text field Right click on Quake in the Steam Library and select ![]() It's how I play the original team fortress rather than team fortress classic. ![]() It's a bit to do compaired to just finding the commands and imputting them into the console, but in the end, ezquake is much easier to use and brings added functions. You can enable the command line in the steam client. For 1920x1080 you will likely want to turn on wide aspec as well.
